PRIZE FUND ALLOCATION

1- Each tournament will be played according to the yearly schedule. This
could be changed by the Tournament Chairman if necessary.
Closest-To-Hole format will change from week to week. Format for day
will be listed on tournament schedule card. This card will be on table and
updated first Wednesday of each month.


2- The prizes for winners of tournaments will be determined by the Treasurer
according to amount collected. A percentage of amount collected will be used

for closest to hole winners. This percentage will be increased by use
of money, upon vote of the Board, from the general fund. Also, by vote of
the Board, the club may increase prizes at any time during the year as a
way to decrease funds in the treasury for the good of the members.


3- All winners and the amounts of their prizes will be listed and posted in
the binder.  Amount of prize money will be entered under the member"s

name in the RRSMGC prize register.  This will be done as soon as

possible by the Treasurer.

4- Members may accumulate their prize money and use some or all towards
purchase of merchandise from Rooster Run Golf Shop. Members are
urged to use their prize money by the end of each year
